But even when law apprentices successfully pass the bar exam, and find themselves officially equipped to practice law, they must face the degree-obsessed nature of their industry. In fact, depending on your school, the costs of tuition, books, study materials, and living expenses can drive the price tag for law school into six figures. Beyond that, to be genuinely good at legal "arguing," you must be dispassionate, reasonable and smart. You're not alone.
What's important is to read the concepts over again as you gain experience reading cases, taking practice exams, and putting together an entire area of law. Apr 20, · Because that is a damn expensive mistake to make if you find out you don't like the practice of law. I went to a very good, very expensive law school and started out at a big firm. I hated it. I have since moved on to a smaller firm, which I do like more.
But in all honesty, if I could do it all over, I would not go at all.
